Today we draw Kidney Awareness Week to a close.

Your kidneys are like the washing machine of your body — cleaning your blood every single day without a break. 🧺💧

The danger? Kidney disease hides until it’s almost too late.
⚠️ High blood pressure and sugar (diabetes) are the biggest causes.
⚠️ Warning signs: swollen feet, being tired all the time, or p*e that looks strange.

And when you visit your doctor and they ask for a urine sample, they’re not being annoying. It’s not a waste of time. Insist on your irine being checked, It’s one of the easiest ways to check if your kidneys are still working properly.

👉 Prevention will always be better than cure. Go for that check-up. Protect your kidneys while they still work for you.
