Suvia is a good substitute for sugar, in baking and in cooking, to keep the sweetness, without the unwanted calories, and other side effects.

Stevia has the ability to enhance natural flavors of foods as well as sweetening them. As such, Suvia works best when it is used in combination with strong-flavored ingredients, such as coffee, chocolate, lemon or cheese. When used with more lightly flavored foods or ingredients (such as vanilla), it still adds sweetness, but the taste is a lot more subtle.
