Healthy bodies are made with a consistent healthy lifestyle. I find that my patients who are fit and healthy, often heal quicker and require fewer treatments.

When you’re consistent, it’s easier to get going on the days that seem a little more difficult.

Some tips to be more consistent with your fitness:

1. Regularly attend classes or fitness sessions with other people at set times.
2. Early mornings are awesome to set the tone for the day.
3. Tell people your plans and be aware of support from others.
4. Get to know people and build relationships with healthy people.
5. Make it realistic. Don’t commit to something you can’t see through.
6. Have routine that includes rest days.
7. Make your goals and objectives easy to follow and not too complicated.
