I am excited to announce that I am now officially able to teach The Perrin Technique. The technique addresses the causes and symptoms of ME/Chronic Fatigue syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Long COVID.

Understanding The Gates Between The Arachnoid Barrier & Dura Mater: Arachnoid Cuff Exit (ACE) Points

“… researchers found that the arachnoid barrier cells formed leaky cuffs around the bridging veins. They called these tiny openings arachnoid cuff exit (ACE) points.”

“… the team observed molecules crossing from the inner layers of the meninges into the dura mater through these ACE points in live mice. Once these molecules reached the dura mater, they had direct access to the regions where waste drains out of the brain.”

“… Correspondingly, the team found that molecules could also flow the other way across ACE points, from the dura mater across the arachnoid barrier and into the brain.”

“The researchers next looked in people, …they observed the tracer rapidly spread from the dura mater to around the bridging veins in a pattern very similar to that seen in mice.”

After 2 years of intensive lectures, myself and 7 other Perrin technique therapists passed our Advanced Practitioner‘s exams. We are now all working hard to pass our teaching practical exams. I will then be able to teach other healthcare professions this incredible tool to help patients recover from Myalgia Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - ME/CFS.

I was recently interviewed by Michael Porter on the Real Health show on DSTV Channel 176. We discussed Myalgia Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - ME/CFS, what it is and how we can diagnose and treat it. I was thrilled to discus this debilitating disease as many patients go undiagnosed and untreated their whole lives.
