Today, we ran for Joshua, a brave 28-month-old fighting Neuroblastoma. 🌟 At just over 2 years old, Joshua shows us what true courage looks like – his smile and spirit are brighter than any challenge he faces. ✨👶

Every step we take is in honour of little warriors like Joshua and their families, who remind us daily why hope, love, and community matter so much. 💪💙

💙 Day 13 of Running for a Reason 💙
Today, we cycled for Lebo – a brave 11-year-old warrior fighting Medullo Blastoma. 🌸 Her oncologists say radiation is her only chance, and while her parents are holding on through an incredibly tough journey, their love and courage shine brighter than ever.

Lebo, your strength is an inspiration to us all. 💪✨ You remind us every day why we lace up, ride, and keep moving forward. We are standing beside you, cheering you on, and believing in your recovery. 🌈

Today, we laced up for Amo, a brave 9-year-old fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Amo is preparing for a life-saving bone marrow transplant, and his journey reminds us just how urgently children need more registered bone marrow donors. ✨

Day 11 of Running for a Reason

Today we ran for brave little 12-year-old Lihle, lovingly known as Lilly, who is battling Rhabdomyosarcoma. 💛

Her favourite animal is the lion 🦁—when asked why, she said: “Lions are strong and powerful.” And just like the lion, Lilly shows us what true strength looks like every single day. 💪💫

This run was not just for Lilly, but also for her mom Nomalanga, her dad, her twin sister, and all her siblings—because behind every warrior is a family standing tall with love and courage. 💙

Keep roaring, Lilly. We’re with you every step of the way. 💛🦁

🌟 Day 10 of Running for a Reason! 🌟

Today, we ran for Mbali — a brave 16-year-old who has fought Sarcoma with incredible courage. 💪💛

The best part? Mbali has come through her treatment! 🙌 She’s here with us today, smiling, laughing, and filling the air with her beautiful gospel songs. 🎶✨

Mbali, you are a true reminder of resilience, faith, and joy. 💙 Thank you for inspiring us all to keep running with purpose. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today, we pedaled with purpose—for Layton, a brave 6-year-old warrior taking on leukemia with the biggest smile and the strongest spirit. 🌟

This day is extra special, because it’s the very first time we’re sharing Layton’s story in his own words, alongside his incredible mom, Mercy. Their strength, love, and courage remind us why we show up every single day. 💪❤️

Day 8 of Running for a Reason and today we switched things up! Instead of just running, we joined the amazing team at Pure Fitness for a CrossFit session — all for Rele, who is bravely facing brain cancer, and her incredible mom, Fortunate. 💛

Their strength and resilience remind us why we show up every single day. It’s not just about fitness — it’s about community, love, and standing together for families fighting tough battles. 🙌

Every rep, every drop of sweat this morning was dedicated to them. 💕

🚴‍♀️✨ Day 7 of Running for a Reason looked a little different — today, we hopped on the bikes for Refilwe, a brave 14-year-old fighting Rhabdomyosarcoma. 💛

Her courage inspires us to keep moving, keep showing up, and keep raising awareness for kids and families facing the toughest battles. Every pedal today was for her! 🙌

Day 6 of Running for a Reason 🏃‍♀️💛
This morning, every step we took was in honor of Mulalo — a brave little girl who touched our hearts deeply — and her incredible mother, Sophie, who walked an unimaginable road with unwavering love and courage.

Sophie shared her story — a story of strength, loss, and the power of a mother’s love. Her words reminded us why we run. We run not just for awareness, but for connection. We run to carry the memories of those no longer with us, to stand with families in their darkest moments, and to say: You are not alone.

Your daughter’s light shines through your strength. Today, we ran for Mulalo, Sophie's Angel — and we carry her name forward with every heartbeat and footstep.

This morning, the ChiroKids team decided to switch things up—hitting the gym for a swim, a bike ride, and of course, a run, all in support of Lindo, a brave 11-year-old girl fighting Hepatoblastoma, a rare liver cancer. 💛

Every step, stroke, and pedal is for her—and for raising awareness around childhood cancers that deserve more voices, more love, and more action. 🙌

We’re proud to be part of this journey, and even prouder to run, swim, and ride for Lindo’s strength and courage. 💪💙

This morning, the ChiroKids team laced up for Sethu — the best little artist with the brightest smile 🎨💙. After bravely facing Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Sethu celebrated his last treatment on August 16th — a true milestone worth every cheer! 🙌

Today, we run not only for Sethu, but also for his incredible mama, Monduduzo, whose love and strength have carried him through this journey. 💕

Every step we take is for the fighters, the families, and the futures filled with hope. Keep inspiring us, Sethu — we’re so proud to run for you! 🏃‍♀️💫
