Caylee is a registered Biokineticist, Sport Scientist, and a Pilates and Barre Instructor.
👉🏽 She is registered with the Biokinetics association of South Africa (BASA) as well as the Health Professions council of South Africa (HPCSA).
👉🏽 Her expertise includes Orthopaedic condition rehab, chronic disease management, Sport specific rehab as well as well as clinical rehabilitative Pilates.
👉🏽 She is passionate about holistically healing the body.
👉🏽 Caylee practices Biokinetics in a functional way, focusing on practical, hands-on forms of rehabilitation without the use of large or complicated equipment.
👉🏽 Her main goal is for her patients to walk out of their Biokinetics session, stronger, more confident and capable, with a decrease in their pain.

👉🏽 Dr Emma received a master’s degree in Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg.
👉🏽 She is a member of Paediatric Chiropractic South Africa and has a keen interest in paediatric care and the treatment of expectant mothers.
👉🏽 She has experience in the Webster and other pregnancy treatment techniques which help alleviate any pregnancy and post-partum pain.
👉🏽 She has experience in treating colicky and reflux babies as well as helping kids grow and reach their milestones effectively.
👉🏽 She has done numerous courses on paediatric neuroscience, development as well as fascial release.
👉🏽 Dr Emma is currently busy completing her three year post graduate certificate in chronic pain.

We would like to officially welcome Dr Kelley Joubert to our family of tenants at the Health Hub, Langhams.

Dr Kelley Joubert is a qualified and registered homeopath, passionate about helping those of all ages and all walks of life regain strength, health and wellness in a natural and holistic manner by means of a more functional medicine approach, biopuncture (for musculoskeletal disorders such as TMJ syndrome, frozen shoulder and injury recovery), nutrigenomics and Homeopathy.

Family is incredibly important to Kelley, which is why her treatment approach is in depth but also relaxed, friendly and family oriented.

She has a special interest in treating various mental health conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety and autism as well as female health issues ranging from endometriosis to uterine fibroids and PCOS and assisting in infantile issues such teething and colic. Kelley further has a passion for assisting those suffering with cancer or going through chemotherapeutic treatments and has written and published articles in international journals on the use of natural therapies in cancer.

😮 The ear is a complicated part of the body and ear infections can strike in any part of the ear!

👂 Ear infections in adults can be more serious than in children and can be caused by germs, such as viruses, a fungus, or bacteria. The way in which a person becomes infected will often determine the kind of infection they get. People with weakened immune systems or inflammation in the structures of the ear may be more prone to ear infections than others.

🤒 The common cold, flu, allergies, sinus, throat infections and even diabetes can lead to middle ear infections as the bacteria make their way through the connected passageways and into the middle ear.

🧏🏻‍♀️ Symptoms of ear infections in adults may include:

👉Hearing changes
👉Inflammation and Pain
👉Nausea/vomiting
👉Dizziness
👉Headache
👉Fever
👉Swelling of the ear
