Tomorrow’s The Science of Wellness Podcast episode is one of my favourites yet!

I sat down with the incredible and energetic Bo De Vries to talk about something we don’t talk about enough: women’s health, and how deeply misunderstood it still is, even in wellness spaces.

One moment from our conversation has really stayed with me.

Bo said:
Women are not small men. We need to stop treating ourselves like we are.

So much of what we’re told, from training plans to nutrition advice to productivity hacks, is still built on male physiology.

Then we wonder why we burn out.
Why our cycles feel like a problem.
Why we feel like we’re doing it wrong.

Biohacking isn’t a quick fix.
