An unforgettable evening of depth, resonance, and stillness was shared at Windrush Studio for with John Herman.

Guests were guided through a deeply immersive sonic and sensory experience as John masterfully worked with his collection of sacred, high-vibrational gongs and singing bowls, creating a powerful soundscape that moved far beyond simple listening. The room was filled with rich, deep, resonant tones that could be felt through the body as much as heard, inviting participants into states of deep surrender, reflection, release, and expanded awareness.

John’s intentional and authentic approach to sound held the space beautifully, offering a journey through tension and release while gently guiding each person inward toward stillness and inner connection. Many left feeling deeply recalibrated, grounded, and energetically renewed after this profound experience.

A heartfelt thank you to John Herman for sharing his gift, presence, and medicine with the Windrush community. We are grateful to have hosted such a beautiful and powerful offering in the space.

There’s something that happens when people gather with intention🌿

On Saturday, 28 March, over 200 of you walked through the Windrush gates, not just for a market, but to meet, move, soften, and connect.

What unfolded was more than we could have planned. A gentle rhythm carried through the garden, music drifting through the trees, conversations in the shade, bodies in motion, moments of stillness, laughter, curiosity, exchange.

To every facilitator and vendor, the care and authenticity you brought was felt everywhere.

To every pair of feet that joined us, thank you for your support, you brought the day to life.

This was only the second Windrush Market, and already something real is taking root. Something needed. Something growing.

If you were there, thank you for being part of it. If you missed it, there will be more.

There are moments when a space simply hosts… and then there are moments when it awakens.

Freedom of Movement – Sunday Funday unfolded as one of those awakenings, a living, breathing experience that invited people back into themselves through rhythm, breath, and embodied play.

An incredible turnout for this offering, facilitated by and from , held at .

From the outset, there was a gentle call inward.
A slowing down.
A remembering of the body as home.

The silent headset experience created a deeply immersive field, allowing each person to journey inward while still feeling held within the collective. It was both personal and shared, intimate yet connected.

Charles guided a grounded and accessible opening, weaving breath and awareness into the body with care. Katiana then carried the group into a fluid mobility practice that encouraged openness without strain, meeting each body exactly where it was.

As the session unfolded, the energy began to rise.

The playful, gamified movement brought lightness and connection into the space. There was laughter, ease, and a sense of freedom that felt both natural and earned. Movement became expression. Expression became connection.

The closing softened everything once more, inviting rest, integration, and a quiet noticing of what had shifted.

People left feeling more spacious, more present, more at ease within themselves.

A thoughtful, well-facilitated experience that beautifully bridges structure and freedom, offering both nourishment and joy.

A powerful reminder that when we move with awareness, we return to something essential.

We shall softly nurture our nervous systems, while beginning to transition out of the intensity of summer and into the gentle wind-down and introspection of the coming autumn.

This container is a therapeutic and immersive space guided by hypnotic induction, sacred sound, healing songs and energetic transmission, all designed to hold you in a cocoon of rest, rejuvenation, preparation.
