Join us for a grounded and intentional morning of learning, connection, and hands-on experience with Huachuma (San Pedro cactus) — a plant that has been used for centuries in traditional practices for insight, heart-opening, and deep connection with nature.
This workshop is designed to offer both practical knowledge and respectful understanding of the plant.

Guidance on approaching the plant with intention and respect
A hands-on session where each participant will receive their own piece of cactus

Soul Collage & Cacao | Palette Pop Studio

An afternoon of intuitive creation, where images, texture, and feeling come together to tell the story beneath the surface.

This is a space to gently explore your inner world through soul collage and mixed media, no rules, no pressure, just an unfolding.

✨ Theme: Pieces of You
If your soul could speak in fragments, symbols, and textures… what would it reveal?

Through cutting, layering, and intuitive placement and charcoal you’ll create a deeply personal collage, a visual reflection of emotion, memory, and meaning.

• Intuitive collage-making
• Layering paper, paint & texture
• Letting instinct guide composition
• Creating symbolic, meaningful imagery

The Intuition Reset

If you constantly second-guess yourself, overthink your decisions or ignore your gut feelings, the Intuition Reset workshop is for you.

I think many women have lost touch with their intuition because we’ve been taught to trust logic, external validation and everyone else’s opinions before we trust ourselves.

So we override the quiet internal “no.”
We stay too long.
We people please.
We overthink.
We ask everyone else what we should do.

The Intuition Reset is a full-day workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and start trusting yourself again.

We’ll explore:

• What intuition actually is (without the fluffy nonsense)
• The difference between intuition and anxiety
• How intuition communicates through the body
• Why women disconnect from self-trust
• Practical ways to strengthen intuitive confidence

This is grounded, practical work for women who are tired of living in their heads and want to reconnect with themselves again.

Last Saturday afternoon, the gardens of came alive with laughter, curiosity, vulnerability, and genuine human connection. Strangers arrived carrying picnic blankets, meaningful objects, little nerves, and open hearts, and left with new friendships, meaningful conversations, and unexpected sparks of connection.

From playful icebreakers to honest 1 on 1 rounds and conscious conversations, the afternoon gently invited people beyond surface-level interaction and into something more real. No masks, no pressure, just authentic human connection.

Beyond simply meeting new people, the space also became an opportunity to explore the deeper skills of relating through communication, consent, boundaries, listening, presence, and self-awareness.

Massive gratitude to Yuri from for facilitating such a grounded and heart-opening experience, and to everyone who showed up so courageously, stepped outside their comfort zones, and trusted the process.

We’re already looking forward to the next one 🌿

ALCHEMY | Autumn Edition 🌿

A full day of slowing down, opening up, showing up, moving, laughing, releasing, connecting, and simply being human together. Everyone arrived carrying their own stories, emotions, and intentions, and somehow the space held all of it with such ease.

There were moments of stillness, reflection, tears, laughter, music, song, movement, softness, play, and genuine connection throughout the day.

Huachuma (San Pedro) moved gently through the container, meeting everyone differently and in their own timing, perhaps offering each person exactly what was needed. Nothing forced. Just an invitation to stay present with whatever arose.

From mindfulness and yoga, fascia release, and drumming, through to the ecstatic dance and closing sound journey, the day unfolded beautifully, moment by moment, layer by layer.

The dance floor really came alive in the evening as extra guests joined us for the ecstatic dance and sound journey. Freedom, spontaneity, expression, joy, connection, and bodies moving exactly as they needed to.

Thank you to every person who brought their vulnerability, authenticity, trust, respect, and presence into the space. You are what make these gatherings what they are.

Deep gratitude to Janine, Vaughn, Piet, and everyone who shared their gifts, energy, and medicine throughout the day.

And thank you to Jacques for all the tech setup and support behind the scenes.

A reminder of what becomes possible when people gather with openness, intention, mindfulness and heart 🙏💜
