Let's chat about injuries... For the past couple of months I have not been training due to slight tears in my rotator cuff. Not training has been really hard and tough!! But I am finally getting back slowly with light weights and rehab. It is heartbreaking that I have lost all my strength and need to build from the bottom up again. It has made me super sad.. however it is a journey and I'm 100% motivated to get back where I was! I miss pole a lot!!! 😭

For those of you also suffering with injuries, all I can say is keep your head up high. Keep that motivation to get back to where you were. It is not easy but you have to persevere with your rehab! Feel free to share your injuries and journies you've been through with me.. Or if you going through something similar and struggling to keep that motivation going, lets chat about it. 🤗

Don't feel like running... Here is a quick easy way to get your cardio in! For more advanced, use light dumbbells. Repeat the set 4 times 💪
1️⃣ x30 Jumping Jacks
2️⃣ x10 Boxing with a slow squat
3️⃣ x20 Sumo Squats
4️⃣ x20 Star Jumps
