Moms for Moms Moms for Moms is a support group for new moms run by a medical doctor and a new mom. Healthy happy moms create healthy happy babies

"When I became a new mom I felt overwhelmed and clueless and by joining a support group it helped me realise my feelings were completely normal. I noticed that moms got run down while focussing on their newborns, they felt anxious and unsure when to take their babies to see a doctor. I would like to offer a helping hand to ease the stress around motherhood. I want moms to enjoy the gift they have.

Have tea and meet new moms, share stories
Baby socialisation
Medical guidance
Health promotion
Tuesdays mornings 9-11am
Vitamin B12/co injections available on request
