Mental illness♡♡♡

♡We all experience a down day sometimes but can easily "snap out out of it" with a simple "pick me up", but people with Mental illness cannot just "pull themselves together" and be okay {its possible for a little while but eventually goes back to that state in no time, °It is not a sign of weakness nor can it be wished away or just simply ignored

°Mental illness is not an acquired disease transmitted/passed on by air, contact, etc...
°Mental illness is not an ordinary everyday feeling of sadness or simply having a difficult day, its not the same as "waking up on the wrong side of bed" or "just not in the mood"...

°Mental illness gets deeper! It is the kind of illness that attacks the brain, it affects the way u think about yourself, your surrounding, things & other things(some not so important).♡ It affects the way you feel(especially about yourself). ♡It affects your eating & sleeping patterns

♡Mental illness is a condition, it may last a week, a month, a year or even more years whilst affecting your daily living & activities.

♡ We can however manage a normal & healthy lifestyle with necessary treatment, support, kindness & love💜💜💜...
