The “Micro-Check” Reset: Whether you’re white-knuckling the steering wheel, pushing a heavy shopping cart, or typing that last email, take a breath. Drop your shoulders away from your ears, unclench your jaw, and imagine a string pulling the top of your head toward the sky.
Daily Decompression: Your spine has supported you through every high and low this year. Give it back some love. A 5-minute morning stretch or a “legs up the wall” session at night tells your nervous system it’s safe to relax.
