✨ This is not a phone-detox challenge. It’s a once-a-month sanctuary that gently brings your attention back to your body and into the present moment. We’re not here to "optimize" or "fix." Instead, we explore a simple question: Who am I when I step away from the screen?

If you feel like you’re always scrolling, watching, and staying busy — yet feeling less present in your own life — this gathering is for you.

🌟What to Expect:

🌿Embodiment & Breath: Gentle yoga therapy, breathwork, and myofascial stretching guided by group energy. We introduce the Chakra system and Chinese Meridian pathways in a practical way, alongside Himalayan-inspired meditation.

🌿Intuitive Meditative Art-making: We will draw visual inspiration from the works of Joan Mitchell, Amedeo Modigliani, and Marc Chagall. These masters serve as a spark for your inspiration, not a template for imitation. You are invited to express your own inner landscape freely.

🌿Presence & Insight: A supportive space for reflection, sharing, and a group oracle card reading. Sindi will offer personal intuitive reflections inspired by each participant’s artwork (offered with respect and without judgment).

🪷 The Intention: A small, intimate group (maximum 12 participants) to ensure a safe space where everyone is truly seen. The focus is on embodiment, inspiration, and self-expression — not perfection or performance.

These combined ancient tools are utilized as non-verbal means to encourage you being more playful to reconnect with yourself ,to experience meditation in motion and enable your innate superpowers to unfold naturally. Ultimately, offering you skills to get through ups & downs in life and enjoy an abundant and balanced happy life.

🧘‍♀️🌈🎨 Instructor: Sindi Hsieh The journey of self-searching and solo-traveling were/are lonely ,but yet colorful in my inner & outer world. Since 2000,I have been a school teacher, backpacker, in-depth explorer who traveled to 13 countries and volunteered in 4 countries ( orphanage centers/Homes in Taiwan, Nepal, Swaziland, South Africa + taught at an international school in Indonesia) to explore myself , the world and cultivate my inner strength & abilities. My traveling experience, yoga training and various workshops (i.e. dancing, chakras, silent /dynamic meditations, Chinese meridian, Hoʻoponopono etc.) that I've joined transformed and empowered me in my life journey.
