Psychotherapy&Assessment Practice - Viviana Schwendinger Play therapy, adolescent therapy, parent-child psychotherapy and psycho-educational assessments I’m an educational psychologist based in Fairlands Johannesburg.

I’m passionate and inspired by working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I offer infant-parent psychotherapy, child-parent psychotherapy, play therapy, individual psychotherapy and psychological and psycho-educational assessments. I have a special interest in early chilldhood intervention working with parents, babies and children. I’m most inspired by my clients resiliency, courage and strength to face their innermost obstacles, pain and past traumas. I view my role as facilitating a healing space where clients can reconnect and learn to trust their inner wisdom.

Need a little guidance managing your kids in lockdown?

GAIMH-SA is launching their campaign entitled, 'Parenting in Lockdown - Your Survival Toolkit.'
Their aim is to support parents during this stressful and uncertain time. Each weekday throughout lockdown, they will be releasing a video focusing on various parenting topics. They will explore issues related to parenting infants, toddlers as well as older children. Their first video explores managing your child's day in lockdown, thinking about routine and flexibility.

They have also compiled a list of professionals who are able to offer online consultations when a little more is needed.
