Caring Hands Nursing Agency was recently founded in May 2019 by Esmeralda Rusike. Esmeralda identified a need in the community to provide nursing home care services, as well as the provision of health care services like wound care, palliative care and frail care. We also provide supplemental nursing staff to patients in hospital, retirement villages, old age homes, hospices who require extra care, patients who would like to be cared for in the comfort of their homes, as well as hospitals that are experiencing staffing problems.

We are committed to achieving the highest standards in the delivery of nursing and health care services, by providing reliable health care services that best meets the needs and expectations of our clients. We listen to our clients, customize our services to their personal situation, and deliver care that is focused on improving their quality of life, health and well-being.

All clients are treated with dignity, compassion, empathy, honesty and integrity. We have respect for all cultures, religions, ethnicities, sexual orientations, ages and disabilities. We continually evaluate our service and our caregivers in order to be responsive and proactive to issues that may affect the quality of our service.
