Forbes & Scheepers Biokineticists is a private practice based in Craighall Park, Johannesburg. A Biokineticist is a specialised exercise therapist who is registered with and recognised by the Health professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). A Biokineticist specialises in preventative medicine and final phase rehabilitation. Biokineticists improve a person's physical condition and quality of life by performing comprehensive physical assessments and prescribing individualised scientifically based exercise programs. Clinical Pilates:

Pilates is method of exercise used to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness and muscular endurance. The method involves a number of controlled movements that require concentration, centering, flowing movements, precision and specific breathing.
