Yesterday the Cabanga Conference Centre staff came together and decided what we feel human rights mean to us.
The following is a summery of what we said.
The equal rights of every human, regardless of culture, ethnicity, race, s*x, language or religion, to have access to basic needs like peace, safety, privacy, food, water, love, shelter, land, quality healthcare & education. To have the democratic right to vote and have freedom of expression, speech, thought, beliefs and religion. To be treated with respect, dignity and fairness and have protection from discrimination.
Join the conversation, we would love to hear your opinion. What does human rights mean to you personally?
