Siobhan’s classes are a blend of the activating flow of Vinyasa and deeply restorative Yin, allowing the nervous system to regulate through the intentional layering of the practice.
She weaves somatics and embodied philosophy into each class, offering a deeper understanding of the connection between the energetic and physical body.
Through these practices, students are guided to grow, expand, and cultivate greater awareness within themselves.
