We focus on Pilates as a method to create and improve the mind + body connection. Using an integrated approach to consult with the individual health and wellness of our patients, we aim to have a patient-centred approach, addressing the whole person, considering interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, using exercise, homeopathy, nutrition, injections and herbal remedies. We specialise in:

• Pilates as a remedy for back conditions, bad posture, stiffness and poor muscle tone, body stress, muscle aches and pains. Through Pilates we can strengthen the whole body especially the core muscles for posture and support.
• Pregnancy wellness, Pilates and advice during and after pregnancy.
• Improving general wellness through supplementation, herbals, diet.
