🤸Many of us struggle with hip mobility because modern life keeps us sitting far more than our bodies were designed for.

But here is one thing that is not a quick fix (not if you want it to last anyway) Losing weight is a slow process that needs your constant & full awareness and no bullsh*
❓Do you want to lose weight? Then don’t put it in your mouth! ❗
(You know what you are consuming that is not good for you, I don’t need to tell you)
Yes, I know it comes with brain patterns🧠 and habits and cravings and all the excuses you can come up with🧬 but here’s the good news, its all in your control 🎮

So here’s your challenge.
Say “NO Thanks” only for today. 🚫
The whole day!
