Last night I had the honour of being on on .

It was such a pleasure chatting about pregnancy skin and the mindset shifts that come with it during ’ pregnancy and breastfeeding journey.

The most important thing to remember is that you’re creating life, and that’s first prize. Any skin changes can absolutely be addressed (the sooner the better), without adding ten new products to your routine. The key is making sure your skincare and treatments are safe for your little one while still targeting common pregnancy concerns like acne, melasma, increased sensitivity and dryness.
