Wishing all my wonderful clients/friends all the best for 2026. Thank you for your ongoing support and allowing me to participate in your journey of maintenance and recovery, both physically and spiritually and,let's be honest, the laughter 😂

This year has seen a blossoming in my business and friendships, and has surpassed anything I could ever have hoped for as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist. I look forward to continuing in your journey and loosening those dam hip flexors ✨

This year I've added to my massage knowledge which has included GuaSha fascial/trigger point release, deeper anatomical knowledge, Thai massage stretching and a massive opportunity to understand and treat Cerebral Palsy clients and recovering stroke patients. I'm thankful to everyone who has allowed me the space and the trust to practice and refine these skills.

My list of ultra marathon runners, international squash players, senior post-op patients, golfers, padel players, cyclists, expectant Mamas and corporate professionals has continued to grow and I couldn't have done that without the referrals ... THANK YOU 💖

A special thank you to my waxing volunteers, who have allowed me to rip hair out of some of their no-no places all with a smile and a tearful "it's okay, I'm fine!".

I have had a wonderful opportunity to treat a beautiful, 17 year old Cerebral Palsy patient. Not knowing very much about the disease, I contacted Little Eden in Edenvale to perhaps assist me in getting to understand what is happening with these special individuals.

Their resident Physiotherapist, Sharise took a couple of hours out of her hectic morning routine to give me a tour of the facility (which is beautiful, by the way) share her insights and knowledge about the disease and it's progression and how it affects the muscles and the brain of a child who has been born with CP.

After that, we got to work treating two teenagers, Respect and Lovely, who were so pleased to have company and loved being stretched and massaged. Their smiles and laughter were so rewarding and the almost immediate change in posture and muscle tone was too.

I have now got a firm grip on what is required successfully massage and stretch patients with CP without causing harm or pain.

Thank you Little Eden. I look forward to further sessions with your residents and staff❣️
