This Saturday, we are doing a full body physical reset.

At Foundational Frequency we are surrounded by their EE SYSTEM (scalar energy), which detoxes and uplifts the work we are doing.

As you relax on your yoga mat with a pillow, soaking in the EE goodness, I'll work on your entire fascia system, balancing your body from head to toe. Unwinding the tension from your head, neck, body and hips as a focus point.

Once your body has been unbound, you can choose whether you would like to do some light body shaking (neurogenic tremor), which I guide you gently into. The body does does the rest...

After we release stress on a physiological level, integration takes place. Resting in a specific position that further supports safety in your nervous system.

Everything is easy, gentle and leaves you feeling so light and refreshed. A literal body reset.

Your nervous system is not meant to stay in stress mode.
It is designed to move between activation and settling, responding and then returning.
When stress becomes the default, rest can feel far away.
But that capacity for regulation has not disappeared.
Support helps the system access flexibility again.

Have you ever noticed how quickly your body reacts, before your mind has time to catch up?
That response isn’t a failure of willpower or insight.
It is your nervous system doing what it learned to do to keep you safe.
In BWRT, we work directly with those automatic stress patterns, the ones that happen before conscious thought.
No long emotional rehashing.
Just focused, contained work with the response itself.
