Launched in August 2014, as a response to the growing need, for affordable and reliable mental healthcare services Providing wellness counselling for Adults, Adolescents, Children, Families, Couples, Groups and Supervision. Making use of a systematic model based on wellness counselling and positive psychology, we strive to best serve our clients with the latest and most up to date evidence-based practices.
