Today, I celebrated 45 years around the sun, and I am grateful for every single day of my life! The good the bad and the ugly! It has all been part of my lifes journey, every day is a miracle and an adventure, some days are harder than others but with incredible friends, clients, colleagues and special family to support and hold me along the way it is all made easier and creates a sense of Joy!

Together with my strong faith in God and trust in life, I am still here to have fun and live my best life! If this past year has taught me anything, it is to be present! Life is full of twists and turns, and I am the driver.
My attitude and energy create my life. 🩵 so thank you to all of you who are a part of my magical matrix called the life of Carey 🤣🫶💫 I love you all and am truly grateful 🙏

How does it get any better than this?
I am excited for what is ahead of me and, at the same time, staying centered with both feet on the ground.

Family is my most precious gift in this life, grateful 🙏 for the roles we play on this gameboard called life! For all the twists and turns, celebrations, and happiness I have got to experience so far! I'm looking forward to even more.

✨ This morning at Foundation Frequency we journeyed deep with a beautiful 9D Breathwork session — a space of integration and regeneration, guided by the tender work of healing the inner child.

Through the breath we unlocked layers of emotion, allowing old patterns to soften and dissolve. We honoured the child within, while immersing our present and future selves in love, compassion, and renewal. 🌿💫

Today reminded us that true healing is a homecoming — a return to wholeness, playfulness, and joy. And in this journey, we are never alone. Each breath connects us to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater holding us with infinite love.

Grateful to all who shared their hearts and energy this morning. 🤍 May the integration continue to ripple through your days, bringing lightness, courage, and deep connection.

Breathe! Breathe deep into your body and into your life.
Breathing is living. If we are not breathing, we are not alive. The quality of your breath will depict the quality of your life.

It is the most primal rhythm of our life together with our beating heart and the two cannot be without the other.

Breathe into your body, heart, and being, let the breath heal you and connect you to all things again. The more one is able to be conscious of their breathing, the stronger they are within their inner being and able to handle lifes challenges with more ease.

The breath is something we all a have access to, it is free, and it is yours to be with in this world 🌎
How many breaths do you have u til your last breath? Make them count.

Words escape me, I dreaded the day I would post this.

My dad, my hero, the person who I could always call on no matter what you have left us 💔 with it a massive hole to fill.
Your silent strength, always can do attitude and make a plan no matter what.

You were a simple man, wanted for nothing other than to help others and support your family. Family was the most important thing to you and that we were all happy and OK, you always did your best and gave your last.

So much of who I am is because of you!

I am going to miss your sick sense of humor, your love, and giving heart.
I know you will live on through us all in your own way and look over us an especially your 7 beautiful grandchildren.

I love you and will miss your dearly! My quick morning and sometimes afternoon calls for a quick catch-up.
