On my way home recently, I noticed a rainbow 🌈 stretching across the sky.

It felt like an unexpected pause in the day — a moment that asked me to look up, slow down, and take it in. Its beauty and bright colours, it was also a double rainbow.

For me, a rainbow has always symbolised promise. Not that everything is perfect, but that there is meaning, hope, and light even after uncertainty or heavy weather. A reminder that not every sign needs to be loud to be significant.

In life, we often move quickly from one thing to the next, focused on what still needs fixing or building. This small moment reminded me of the importance of noticing what’s already there — progress, resilience, and quiet reassurance that we’re on the right path.

Sometimes, the promise shows up when we least expect it — right on the route home in Middelburg.

Here’s to paying attention, looking up, and trusting the journey. 🌈

Today, I celebrated 45 years around the sun, and I am grateful for every single day of my life! The good the bad and the ugly! It has all been part of my lifes journey, every day is a miracle and an adventure, some days are harder than others but with incredible friends, clients, colleagues and special family to support and hold me along the way it is all made easier and creates a sense of Joy!

Together with my strong faith in God and trust in life, I am still here to have fun and live my best life! If this past year has taught me anything, it is to be present! Life is full of twists and turns, and I am the driver.
My attitude and energy create my life. 🩵 so thank you to all of you who are a part of my magical matrix called the life of Carey 🤣🫶💫 I love you all and am truly grateful 🙏

✨ This morning at Foundation Frequency we journeyed deep with a beautiful 9D Breathwork session — a space of integration and regeneration, guided by the tender work of healing the inner child.

Through the breath we unlocked layers of emotion, allowing old patterns to soften and dissolve. We honoured the child within, while immersing our present and future selves in love, compassion, and renewal. 🌿💫

Today reminded us that true healing is a homecoming — a return to wholeness, playfulness, and joy. And in this journey, we are never alone. Each breath connects us to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater holding us with infinite love.

Grateful to all who shared their hearts and energy this morning. 🤍 May the integration continue to ripple through your days, bringing lightness, courage, and deep connection.

Breathe! Breathe deep into your body and into your life.
Breathing is living. If we are not breathing, we are not alive. The quality of your breath will depict the quality of your life.

It is the most primal rhythm of our life together with our beating heart and the two cannot be without the other.

Breathe into your body, heart, and being, let the breath heal you and connect you to all things again. The more one is able to be conscious of their breathing, the stronger they are within their inner being and able to handle lifes challenges with more ease.

The breath is something we all a have access to, it is free, and it is yours to be with in this world 🌎
