Ruth Katz Consulting Social Worker initially focused on tackling the challenges of Bipolar Mood Disorder, Families of Alcoholics and Stroke survivors.

Without losing focus on these key areas, we’ve expanded our service offering to include: Anger Management, Individual, Couple and Family Counselling, Career and Life Coaching, Parental Guidance to divorcing couples, Stress Management, Supervision, Consultation and Training Workshops to Colleagues and Students, Computer Training for Seniors and Creating Social Network Profiles for colleagues.

My hobbies are writing articles, graphology, cooking, and gardening, and I love cats, humour, inspirational verse, and vocal music.
