To transform worlds inside you
To inspire great love from within you
Go inside, Be still
And feel all that calls for your attention
All the parts of you that want to be heard
Befriend your emotions
They are messengers
into your unique human design
They are the doorway into your truth
They are the doorway into great compassion
The doorway into true connection with self...
And then one day you would have grown more capacity to truly connect with others and hold their feelings gently too.
