This is a divine moment — from mobile pop-ups to a permanent wellness lounge. We’re so grateful.

On 28 July, our amazing partner launched their store at Northgate, and we were honoured to be part of the celebration — offering sports massage and compression therapy to the members . That was just the beginning.

So many asked: “Do you have a location?”
Now we can finally say — YES! 💥

We’re bringing recovery and holistic wellness to gym-goers, athletes, and the Virgin Active community right where performance meets purpose.

As we step into the second half of the year, we’re declaring July as the Month of Joy because joy isn’t just a feeling, it’s a spiritual weapon and a wellness strategy.

This past week, we reflected in thanksgiving for life, strength, open doors, and divine health.

Final Day of June | Mid-Year Reflection & The Power of Prayer

As we close the first half of 2025, I pause to reflect, to pray, and to give thanks.

This month at church, our focus was on PRAYER and I’ve seen, once again, that prayer is not a ritual. It’s power. 🔥

In prayer:

We become bold.
We gain strength to keep moving, even when it’s tough.
We remove limits:because heaven responds when we pray in faith.
We shift things in the spiritual realm, so that change shows up in the physical.
We speak life over dry places :over our nation, over our bodies, over our futures.

Coming out of a time of 3 days of prayer and fasting, I was reminded that prayer is not just for us ,it’s a call to intercede for others. For our families. Our cities. Our continent. 🕊️

As we reflect on the first half of the year, we don’t do it from a place of lack we reflect from a place of gratitude. For health. For growth. For being kept. And we look forward with hope and expectation.

The Word says:

“Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live.”

Deuteronomy 4:9 (NIV)
May we not forget what God has done. May we be watchful, thankful, and prayerful as we step into the next half of the year with faith, with divine health, and with purpose.

To every runner who laced up, showed up, and pushed through at Comrades Marathon 2025 we celebrate you.
Whether you earned a bronze, silver, or just the personal victory of finishing, you’ve proven that courage, discipline, and commitment always pay off. 💪🏽

👏🏽 This is a salute to your sacrifice the early mornings, long runs, sore legs, and mental battles. You’ve done what many only dream of: you stayed the course. You’ve earned the right to be called a CHAMPION.

💙 Special Shout-Out: SAPS Heroes
We give honour to the South African Police Service (SAPS) team who ran with excellence and integrity at Comrades 2025.

Through our partnership with POLMED, Divine Health Recovery was honoured to serve over 600 SAPS members with on-site sports massage therapy and massage gun therapy helping reduce muscle fatigue, improve circulation, and speed up recovery after the long race. 👐🏽🦵🏽🔋

💬 The feedback? Incredible.
💡 The lesson? Recovery isn’t optional it’s vital.
🍽️ And yes, the best part after running 90km? A good meal and deep tissue work to restore the body and soul!

🥣 Nutrition

Keep it simple: oats, bananas, toast.
Avoid anything new or heavy.
💧 Hydration

Sip steadily, don’t overload.
Ease off just before bed to avoid nighttime wake-ups.
