It’s that time of year again—where the sun forgets about us, our beds become hostage negotiators, and the flu lurks around every corner like a nosy neighbor. But fear not! With a little prep, we can outsmart winter and stay sniffle-free (or at least try)!

Here are 5 easy ways to boost your immune system and gut health before winter strikes:
