Tip Tuesday from your chiropractor - While high heels look stylish and professional, they take a toll on your back and leg joints. This can strain the joints and overload certain muscles causing lower back and joint pain. Make smarter shoe choices where possible and limit heels to when necessary.

Tip Tuesday from your Chiropractor - take a break from your desk every hour, it is recommended to take a 10 minute break, but if that is unmanageable try to take a few deep breathes, sit up straight and have a few big sips of water.
