How is the balance in your life? Would you say it’s equal when it comes to work, family and self-care?

It’s so important to ensure there is balance in all aspects of your life, we can get so caught up in one aspect, that we forget about the other aspects in our life. This causes anxiety and guilt.

Maintaining balance takes practice, it takes dedication and most importantly patience.

Do you meditate? I never used to be able to keep my mind quite at all. Always thinking, overthinking actually. Daily meditation practice has helped me stop this habit. This was our view as We did a manifestation meditation this morning. Was amazing.
