Where did I grow up: Born in Cape Town and raised in the city of diamonds, Kimberley💎

Why Biokinetics: Biokinetics became personal for me before it became a career. After struggling with a back injury in my teenage years, working with a Biokineticist was what helped me rebuild strength and trust in my body again. That journey inspired me to become the kind of practitioner who makes that same difference for others🤸🏼‍♀️

Favourite part of the job: I love helping people unlock their potential. Whether it’s returning from injury or improving performance, seeing consistent progress and knowing I’ve played a role in that journey is what drives me🏃

Life motto: I believe that what you do consistently shapes who you become. Our habits determine our destiny⭐️

It uses individual specific exercises and education to improve quality of life, balance, and strength. The goal is to improve activities of daily living and balance.

Elderly frequently fall leading to severe injuries thus balance and proprioception exercises are essential for reassuring dynamic stability and confidence during movement.
