Monitor and manage patient accounts to ensure timely and accurate collections.
Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures.
Liaise with patients, medical aids, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding balances.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
