Good news! We are open and ready to fulfill that new year's resolution of changing your old, unhealthy habits and start following a healthy diet and lifestyle.

A few useful tips for 2022:
➡️ Remember that small changes eventually add up to a significant difference. Just start somewhere! Rome was not build in a day.
➡️ The internet is flooded with quick fixes and unscientific information regarding nutrition. Consult a registered dietitian who can walk the journey with you, starting and sticking with the basics that actually work.

2️⃣ We do a buccal (saliva) swap and send it to the Geneway lab.
3️⃣ +- 2 weeks later your results will be ready.
