[IN PICTURES 📸] 🕊 In Loving Memory Of Dr Gape Reginald Moroe.
Yesterday, 12 March 2026 a heartfelt memorial service was held at Careline Clinic Private Psychiatry Hospital in honour of Dr Gape Reginald Moroe. Colleagues, friends and family gathered in unity to celebrate his remarkable life and the meaningful impact he made both professionally and socially.
Friends shared touching testimonies reflecting on his dedication, compassion and the positive influence he had on many lives. We also extend sincere appreciation to his wife and children for their strength and heartfelt presence during this time.
A special thank you to Reef Caterers (Northern Cape Caterers) for their delicious food and refreshments and for their supportive role in making the gathering a dignified and comforting occasion.

May his legacy of care, kindness and service continue to inspire us all.đź«‚

Coping Techniques for Mental Well-Being đź’š
• Talk it out: Share your feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or support group. You don’t have to face everything alone.
• Take mindful breaks: Step away from stress, breathe deeply, and give your mind time to reset.
• Move your body: Even a short walk, stretching, or light exercise can improve mood and reduce anxiety.
• Limit overload: Reduce time spent on negative news and social media when it becomes overwhelming.
• Practice self-care: Get enough sleep, eat well, and stay hydrated — your body and mind are connected.
• Write your thoughts down: Journaling helps release heavy emotions and brings clarity.
• Ask for help: Professional support from a counselor or mental health worker is a sign of strength, not weakness.
• Be kind to yourself: Healing takes time. Progress is still progress, even in small steps.
