Heaters, cold winds, long screen days – winter can leave your eyes feeling gritty, dry or tired. Here’s how to protect your eyes through the season (without giving up your cosy corner):

👁️ Blink often (especially at a screen)
🌬️ Avoid sitting too close to the heater
💧 Use lubricating drops if needed – ask us which ones are safe
💻 Try the 20-20-20 rule – every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet (just over 6m) away for 20 seconds to give your eyes a break.
