After we hit the road at the STRIIDE Morning Run, we’re slowing it down with a guided Pilates Recovery Session.
This session is intentionally designed to help your body recover post-run through controlled movements, breath work, and core-focused exercises that improve flexibility, posture, muscle tone, and overall balance. It’s the perfect way to stretch, reset, and restore after putting in the miles.
