Keep Hydrated
During winter, your body uses up the water you drink for normal functions and in the reactions that take place to keep you warm.
You may not alway see the vapour/steam leaving your body as you do on cold nights and mornings, but it does. Your body works harder to keep itself at the right temperature, avoiding opportunistic illnesses like colds and flu which may be brought on by low temperatures.
