Have tissue available for kids to blow their noses when they are done swimming, cover them with a dry towel after exiting the pool or blanket to help maintain body temperature. Moisturize the body after swimming, this too helps to maintain body heat.

Kids Exams, Work Deadlines, Christmas Clothes, Yearly Targets

At this point in the year, mental health tests are everywhere and every day.

Regular time outs in the form of actual naps and walks are needed, not more screen time doom scrolling disguised as down time. Tik Tok laughters may be good and feel like you are actually laying back and resting , however you mind is actively stimulated constantly and this too causes mental strain.

A walk can make a world of difference, where you either listen to good music or you allow your mind to naturally wonder and do what it does best, think, think outside the confines of the usual spaces. You will be amazed at the amount of peace this brings.

You may not be resting enough, and this could be related to your screen time and blue light exposure causing delayed deep sleep.

Try this: choose an hour in this week where you will totally step away from all screens... this will allow your brain to switch off and make it possible for you to rest enough.

If you're experiencing a burn out and nothing else has worked, do not suffer alone, please come and see me, your mental health is important.

If the headache persists, seek medical help.

Remember the weather has changed, spending time in the sun can have you dehydrated or exposed to bright light for longer periods. Using Earpods with loud music all day, bad posture, or stress can lead to random headaches. Eating habits, excessive weight, which strains the joints and illness related headaches where the body is not homeostatically balanced, smoking/vaping, excessive alcohol intake.
Micronutrient deficiency. All these and more can be the cause of your headache, take care and listen to your body
