Sarah Prince, host and parent support guide.
Kirsty Slessenger, a professional counselor known for her compassionate approach and expertise in teen psychology, from KS Counselling & Mediation.
Andrea Scheepers, a dedicated postgraduate psychology student with fresh insights into the latest research and strategies for supporting teens.
Henry Hayes, an educator, Grade 7 teacher, and grade head at Sun Valley Primary School, bringing a wealth of experience in the educational perspective on teen anxiety.
Together, our panelists will provide a comprehensive look at anxiety in teens from various angles—offering advice, coping strategies, and how we, as a community, can offer support.
