The New Challenge Begins: 3 weeks to wellness
Week 1 Body Reset 🌱

This Challenge was created to help guide you into how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Week 1 you must -

1. Drink water - 6 to 8 glasses ( about 1.5 L to 2 L of water 💧)

2. If your mostly inactive, try to move your body x3 a week. That could be a short walk, YouTube workout or even just a set of lunges or squats.

3. Only 2 to 3 cups of coffee ☕️ and dont drink caffeine past 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Stay within the daily caffeine limit.

4. No sugary drinks - fizzy drinks, fruit juice etc. You can have the zero option. You can flavor your water with flavor drops.

5. No sweets, no cake,no treats. Only fruit is allowed, so swap the sweet treats for fruit or example dates. (dont worry too much about quantity for now, the aim is to get you thinking about what's going in your body and building healthy habits)

6. Eat a good breakfast, no sugary cereals.
Instead eat-Brown/whole wheat toast , oats , scrambled eggs (again aim for nutrients) avo on toast ,omelet etc

7. Cook n spray, air fry and measure your oil when cooking.

Broccoli 🥦 slaai
Stoom broccoli en laat afkoel, slaai blare, komkommer, seldery, geroosterde sonneblom saad, roesyne , kaas, sous- lite mayo en yogurt gemeng met suurlemoen, spice soos jy wil, hoender.

Hoender mayo mix vir broodjies- hoender , selde sous as vir die slaai en spice. Brood gebruik ek die sasko broodjie en dan gaan ek slaai blare ook opsit.

Net n idea ,jy kan dit anpas soos jy wil. Bv gebruik cranberries in plaas van roesyne, gooi uie of green pepper by ens.
