Our reaction team K9 responded quickly after the client reported someone in their yard. The suspect was caught trying to steal water taps.

The client requested SAPS, but they were on another call. The suspect was released as the client chose not to open a case. Thanks to CSS and NCPS Buurtwag for their assistance!

🚨 Attempted Break-In – Wentzel Street 🚨

Reaction units K3 and K8 responded after multiple zones were triggered. The client reported hearing someone in the yard and the dog barking excessively.

On arrival, reaction officers found that a dining room window had been forced open and an anti-theft bar had been broken off. Contact was made with the client.

The client confirmed that nothing was stolen inside the house and thanked our team for the quick response.

🚨 Vehicle Theft Foiled – Swift Joint Response Leads to Arrest 🚨

At approximately 05:13, CPI Security received an urgent call from Belrex Control alerting us to a stolen vehicle traveling from the Klerksdorp area.

Thanks to real-time updates, we were able to monitor the vehicle’s movements as it diverted through the Potchefstroom side. A coordinated effort was launched immediately, and teams were strategically positioned for interception.

The stolen vehicle was successfully stopped at the N12/R500 intersection, where one suspect was arrested and promptly handed over to SAPS for further investigation.

This successful recovery is a testament to the power of teamwork and rapid communication. A special thank you goes out to:

At 23:23 our RSI cameras detected movement on site. K1 and K5 responded immediately.

A full search was conducted. No suspect was found and no further faults could be identified.

Burglary:
Camera movement was detected at Pelser Street. K4 and K1 responded and, upon arrival, confirmed a positive incident. The suspects left items outside against the house and threw other items over the wall when the reaction units arrived.

The suspects then fled over the neighbour’s wall. Suspects tools also recovered SAPS attended the scene and will be opening a case of housebreaking.

Burglary Alert – Springbok Singel

A panic signal was received and response units K4 and K5 were dispatched. On arrival, they found that the kitchen window had been neatly removed from its aluminium frame and placed on the grass, which is how suspects gained entry.

The suspects fled the scene. Nothing was stolen, but damage was caused to the property. SAPS was on scene.
