Meet the Heart Behind Harmony Hill

𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐩
Registered Nurse | Nurse Practitioner

Bianca is a dedicated healthcare professional with years of experience in hospital and primary care settings. With a background in Midwifery, Dementia, Geriatrics, and Primary Health Care, she brings both compassion and clinical expertise to Harmony Hill. She currently runs her own private practice and leads a team of professional nurses providing elderly and home-based care services.

Primary Health Care & Psychiatric Nurse

Leonie is a warm and highly experienced Psychiatric Nurse who will be based at Harmony Hill full-time. Her focus on holistic, preventative care makes her a trusted companion to residents and their families alike. She also has a strong background in Dementia, Geriatrics, and Primary Health Care.

Together, Bianca and Leonie are ready to provide the compassionate care and peace of mind that Harmony Hill stands for. 💚
