If you want to learn how to treat the medial elbow in golfers / softball and baseball you should make posterior elbow assessments part of your evaluation.
Top row is before.
Bottom row is after freeing up the skin from the medial epicondyle, Olecranon and triceps( no pain with tool work)
Then follow up with exercises based on anatomy not protocols.
