Ever heard of Occupational Therapy (OT) and wondered what it actually means? 🤔

Occupational Therapy is all about helping people of all ages live their best lives by improving their ability to do the things they want and need to do every day — whether it's getting dressed, going to school or work, cooking a meal, or even playing!

🌎 World Lipoedema Day

✅ Lipoedema is the abnormal laying down of fat in the hips buttocks, legs and sometimes arms.
📈 It affects 11% women
🍐 Often appear or feel ‘bottom heavy’
😣 Legs maybe painful
🦵 You may bruise easily
🍚 Your legs may feel heavy or have nodules or feel like rice
👣 In the early stages your feet are NOT swollen

Baie dankie vir u getroue ondersteuning deur die jaar. Ons sien uit na ons pad saam in 2025. Kantoor ure : Die praktyk sal gesluit wees vir kamer pasiënte vanaf 16 Desember 2024 tot 5 Januarie 2025. Normale kantoorure hervat 6 Januarie 2025. Ons roepfoon sal beskikbaar wees deur Desember vir verwysings.
