Hawaiian Pineapple Carrot Muffins 😋🦋

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup finely grated carrots
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple chunks for garnish
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the grated carrots, crushed pineapple, walnuts, and shredded coconut.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Frost the cooled muffins with the cream cheese frosting.
Garnish with pineapple chunks.

GEBAKTE SAGOPOEDING

BESTANDDELE

1 liter (4 k) volroommelk
187 ml (¾ k) suiker
2 ml sout
250 ml (1 k) sago
60 ml (4 e) botter
4 eiers, geskei
5 ml (1 t) vanieljegeursel
ekstra botter
gouestroop of appelkooskonfyt

METODE

Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C.
Verhit die melk, suiker en sout saam tot kookpunt. Roer die sago by.
Verlaag die hitte en kook oor lae hitte vir 20 minute of tot die sago deurskynend is. Roer af en toe.
Verwyder die kastrol van die hitte en roer die botter by. Laat effens afkoel.
Klits die eiergele en vanieljegeursel saam en roer vinnig by die melkmengsel in.
Klits die eierwitte met ’n elektriese klitser tot styf en vou by die sagomengsel in.
Smeer ’n oondvaste bak van 20 cm x 30 cm goed met botter.
Skep die sagomengsel in die oondbak. Maak dit gelyk bo-op.
Bak vir 25 minute of tot liggoudbruin bo-op.
Sit warm voor saam met gouestroop of appelkooskonfyt en vla.🙋

SJOKOLADE KOEK

✅ BESTANDDELE:

♡ 250 gr botter.
♡ 1 koppie suiker.
♡ 4 eiers.
♡ 1 eetlepel vanielje essence.
♡ 1 en ' n halwe koppie meel.
♡ 1 koppie sjokolade wat jy wil hê of milo poeier.
♡ 1 teelepel koffie.
♡ 1 eetlepel bakpoeier of koeksoda
♡ 1 teelepel sout.
♡ 1 en ' n halwe koppie vloeibare melk.

✅ VOORBEREIDING:

1. In ' n bak of houer, inkorporeer botter en suikermengsel
2. Om goed gemeng te hê, voeg u eiers en wese by
3. Cernir (Isea rosyntjie vir ' n sif) Sjokolade meel sout bakpoeier en koffie
4. Met goed gemeng net totdat jy nie meer meel sien nie, voeg melk by en klaar!!!
Gebak 180 * vir 50 minute of totdat jy dit met 'n mes of' n stok in die sentrum en kom uit nie skoon nie, maar met ' n koek, want dit is baie melcochuda.

✅ DIE ROOM-VOL.

♡ ' n Kan melk - groot kondensmelk.
♡ 1 koppie melkroom (suur room, room, sweep room het verskeie name).
♡ 4 eetlepels kakao - sjokolade poeier.
♡ 1 teelepel poeiermelk.

Bring al die bestanddele na die medium vuur as dit begin kook wag 5 minute en skakel alles af terwyl jy roer en gereed is, het jy ' n heerlike sjokolade room...👌
