Today I heard something that really stuck with me:

‘I don’t let the weather affect me, because then it means I could also allow people to effect me.’

It reminded me how often we hand over our power, whether to a grey sky, a stressful meeting, or someone else’s mood. 🌧️➡️🌞

The truth is, we can’t control the weather, and we can’t control other people. But we can choose how much power we give them over our energy and emotions.

Next time something external feels heavy, pause and ask yourself: Am I letting this affect me, or am I choosing to stay centred?

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially earned my Certification in Behavioural Coaching Skills 🎉

Building on my Level 5 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching, this training has deepened my skills to better support people in navigating change, building resilience, and aligning their actions with their true values. It’s given me even more tools to help others reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and create sustainable health habits that truly last.

Life’s felt a bit full-on lately. Lots happening, not always clear where things are going.

But this, standing here, watching the water reflect the sky, no noise, no pressure, just being, was everything I didn’t know I needed.

It reminded me how grounding the simple things can be. How nature has this way of gently pulling you out of your head and back into the moment.

It doesn’t fix everything, but it helps. And sometimes, that’s enough.

Grateful for quiet moments that bring me back to myself. 💛
