Magic wedges, so effective

This incredible technique which is based on applied kinesiology from the late Dr. Ron Holder is used in The LYNO®️ Method.

Once we have released locked fascia patterns and the muscles are aligned we use the wedges to ‘activate’ the muscles.

Unlike orthotics the wedges are only worn for a short period of time, once the proprioceptors have activated the muscles we gradually remove them and begin strengthening.

This technique has been used for many years with Olympic athletes and professional footballers in the UK.
