Helen and myself are both nature-lovers who intentionally spend a lot of our downtime in the great outdoors!
Because we believe so passionately in the research-backed benefits of nature exposure for stress and pain, we base our pain self-management groups on her popular book "Your Pain Playbook", with its nature-inspired stories and metaphors for pain management, and host our groups in beautiful natural environments.
