Inner Core Pilates & Yoga Beginner & Intermediate Pilates Classes in Kloof, Hillcrest & Gillitts Pilates is the foundation for all other exercise sciences.

Through building core
strength pilates can improve your exercise and sports performance. Pilates relieves
stress, aids in weightloss, relieves back pain and gives the body a beautiful shape by lengthening and toning the muscles. Pilates Precision classes focus on core strength, alignment, precision and flow. Classes cost R300pm for 4 classes or R100 per class. Pre-booking essential as classes are busy.

Pilates exercises focus on controlled precise movements that build strength and flexibility. Inner Core classes emphasize spinal mobility, core stability and full body alignment.

We use a variety of equipment in each class so no two classes are ever the same.
