We spend so much time, effort, energy, and sleepless nights worrying about stuff that most likely will never come true. This worry is based on 90% assumptions, is out of our control, and is fueled by fear and negative energy.
Additionally, it causes anxiety because it takes us away from the now and solely gets us to negatively focus on the future.
It is exhausting, it is unhealthy, and it is not making a single difference in the outcome most of the time.
Try to switch at least to neutral, and your life will be way less stressful and exhausting.
Reality is not always sunshine and rainbows, but also hardly ever as extreme as the brain makes it out to be when we are constantly investing in the "worry-loop."
And let's not forget: what we concentrate on we get more of, and one way or the other we all write our own story.
Worry is the thief of joy/love and puts you into a constant reaction and avoidance mode.
Be conscious of what you invest in and come back to the here and now.
