It's been a while since I've been active on here. Creative juices are flowing again, so you can expect some new offerings, weekly wellness tips and more again!
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share my work for anyone new here.
I'm a certified Holistic Wellness Coach with training in Integrative Nutrition, Life Coaching and Personal Training.
I specialise in working with women to connect them to their bodies, heal their relationship to food and create their healthiest and happiest selves🩷
I use a 360-degree approach when it comes to health, nutrition and training. I work with my clients to not just "look good" but also FEEL good and this comes through learning not just how to eat well or train hard, but to manage stress, invest in healthy relationships, create more joy in your life and learn to become more present and mindful.
My programmes are designed to help you create a lifestyle - you won't find any quick fixes, trends or fad diets here. Healthy is a way of living and it really doesn't need to be hard, complicated or restrictive, in fact it can be quite the opposite!
